corruption: I love how passionate developers are about supporting democracy at the local government level!

My only quarrel is with dictionaries such as Merriam-Webster, which define corruption strongly around concepts of dishonest or illegal behaviour. I prefer Wikipedia's definition which favours a definition around unethical behaviour.

When there's systemic corruption corruption is legal, and we call bribes 'donations'.
